Terms & Agreement Policy
Return Policy (Parts/Hardware)
All sales are final. You have (3) days to report any hardware defective issues only (this does not include computer virus, spam, end user errors due to lack of knowledge about a computer related process/function/software, or improper use/usage of the product) for a refund minus any damage if any.
Warranty 60 Days (Parts/Hardware)
Your warranty begins on the day we ship or you pickup your computer/computer parts/ computer peripheral/computer accessories. If a component fails or is found to be defective and is reported during the 60 day term, Dr. Data Health will repair or replace the defective part with new, used, or reconditioned parts at our option. However for repairs created by a virus or spyware (spam), the 60-day warranty is only valid if the antivirus and antispyware protection for the product was installed prior or added immediately after a repair or before you make the first connection to the internet after acquiring the product. Warranty does not cover misuse or mishandling of equipment nor user-installed parts or upgrades. Warranty does not cover software other than that supplied with the original purchase, does not cover batteries/charging systems, does not cover accessories or parts not supplied by Dr. Data Health. Warranty is voided if the user installs an operating system on the product other than what was originally included. The warranty is voided if any software/drivers are installed that violate the guidelines of the original equipment manufacturer product recommendations. Damaged caused by acts of God, storms, floods, earthquakes, lightening, fires, explosions, accidents, and other things beyond the control of Dr. Data Health are not covered under this term. After your warranty expires, it is important to note that many of your components may carry a manufacturer warranty (e.g., most hard drives are 3 years and memory is lifetime). This is a manufacturer warranty NOT the Dr. Data Health warranty. Once your 60 day warranty expires with Dr. Data Health, you must deal directly with the manufacturer to obtain warranty service for the product. Any services requested by Dr. Data Health after this term will be a billable service to the customer.
Service\Labor Warranty (30 Days)
Dr. Data Health warranties our services for 30 days from the date of service. Service warranty covers the labor or work performed to resolve a technical issue and separate from the 60 day parts/hardware warranty unless the service included purchase of parts/hardware to resolve the problem in which the 60 day warranty would be valid for the part(s). If you notify Dr. Data Health within the warranty period, we will work to remedy your problem quickly and at no additional cost.
SERVICE LIMITATIONS & LIABILITY
DR. DATA HEALTH RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REFRAIN FROM PROVIDING ANY OR ALL REQUESTED SERVICES AND INSTEAD REFUND YOUR PAYMENT, WHOLLY OR IN PART, ON THE BASIS THAT YOUR TECHNICAL NEEDS OR OTHER REQUIREMENTS ARE UNUSUAL OR EXTENSIVE AND BEYOND THE SCOPE OF THIS SERVICE AGREEMENT AS REASONABLY DETERMINED BY DR. DATA HEALTH. To the extent permitted by law, you agree that Dr. Data Health total liability for damages related to its services is limited to the total amount you pay for the services, and you release Dr. Data Health from liability for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. DR. DATA HEALTH IS NOT LIABLE FOR LOSS, ALTERATION, OR CORRUPTION OF ANY DATA OR FOR YOUR INABILITY TO USE YOUR COMPUTER EQUIPMENT OR OTHER PRODUCT AS A RESULT OF OUR SERVICE(S).
Shipping & Shipping Damage
The customer is responsible for all shipping cost to Dr. Data Health. Anytime you ship a computer to us, you MUST pack the computer properly. When a computer shipped for service, Dr. Data Health is NOT responsible for damage caused by improper packing and will not be considered as part of the warranty terms.

Product Pick-up & Customer Protection Liability
If Dr. Data Health picks up your product for the purpose of performing a requested service(s) and any damage or that loss occurs with respect to your product while in Dr. Data Health possession or control, regardless of cause or fault, you are entitled to replacement of the product of equal of less value at the current market value. If no replacement can be found, the current market value will be refunded.
It is your responsibility to back up your data, software, information, or other files stored on your product prior to requesting service from Dr. Data Health. Dr. Data Health will not back up any data on your product unless you specifically request Dr. Data Health to do so prior to any service for an additional fee for the data backup.
Time for Repair
Desktop and laptop computer systems are generally repaired within 3-4 business days after we receive delivery. If any replacement parts needed are not in stock, this will increase the total time needed for repair and you will be notified.
Dr. Data Health reserves the right to modify, alter or otherwise update all states terms of agreements at any time. Visitors are encouraged to review the policies from time to time.
